Hard to believe this little QT is already one. I’ve been friends with his mommy since we were in kindergarden. Lucas’ party was a mustache theme and Publix did a great job designing the cake. Loryn had a replica made so we could capture his first cake smash. He wasn’t so sure about the cake at first but he quickly dove right in! I always enjoy this type of session. I find that every one year old has a different approach to eating their first birthday cake!
Clay & Stephanie were so much fun to work with! The flow of their day couldn’t have been better: they decided to have a “first look” (so the first time seeing each other wouldn’t be at the alter with her dad standing in between them), had all the pictures including those with family done before the ceremony (this allowed them to have maximum time at the reception with the guest) and we’ve scheduled a newlywed session for this wall when the weather is perfect (we’ll be able to photograph in different locations and get several good images of just the two of them without the stress of the wedding day).
In addition to the planning we made for the photos, all the other details of the wedding day fell into place. The ceremony was breathtaking and the reception at the Imogene Theatre in Milton was beautiful. This was my first time being inside this historic theatre and hopefully it won’t be my last. This place is great for a wedding reception if your in need for location ideas in Milton, FL.
Be sure to check out their newlywed session HERE.

Sarah contacted me before she came to Pensacola Beach for a family vacation. She thought it would be fun to capture this special time with a “Mommy and Me” session. It was her daughter’s idea head to the beach for their vacation and she wanted to make this trip memorable.
I knew soon after we met this session was going to be a blast! Sarah knew exactly how to interact with Grace so I could capture their special bond. This type of session is great to do with little ones of all ages and will be a memory they will be able to treasure forever.
I’ve know Brooke’s family for quite some time. I was so excited when they contacted me last year to photograph their special day. Although it was a bit hot, we were able to capture some nice outdoor photos before everyone melted. The dress, flowers, decor, and food was amazing but non of that compared to the love that this couple share.
Ceremony | Olive Baptist Church
Reception | Museum of Commerce
Mrs. Booth contacted me wanting to get an updated family photo after seeing her daughter’s family photos. (View their session here) Since both of their children each have a child now, they thought now would be the perfect time. When we were discussing location, they decided their own back yard would be the perfect place. I loved the idea…especially when I saw where I would be photographing!
